I dealt with Lee and Joe and both were amazing. Lee helped more with the sale of my home then my selling agent did in NJ. I chose to go with Lee while buying in PA. The courtesy and response I got with her was exactly what I needed while buying a home. Joe was not my agent but came with Lee to some home viewings to give his advice on some areas we were looking at. We were extremely fortunate to have chosen Joe DeLuca as our selling agent. Joe remarkably sold our property within 2 months of our putting it on the market. Great job!!! Then, we experienced a most unexpected dilemma with providing a clear title for our home. There was a lien placed on our property from the previous owner and this was never discovered in 18 years of our ownership. Many hours of research were required by our selling agent, as well as the conveyance company. Joe never once lost patience with the situation. He worked tirelessly to expedite the necessary documentation to facilitate our settlement. We received the satisfaction letter the day before settlement. Persistence and hard work paid off.
The crème de la crème was the knowledge that Joe exhibited at the settlement table. He discovered two mistakes on the HUD statement. This catch saved us a significant amount of money and I would have never noticed the mistake. We are so grateful for Joe’s experience and knowledge throughout the entire sales process. Lee and Joe had a great knowledge of what was avaiable in our area. We wanted a condo with a bedroom on the ;main floor and they knew of one, but had us see several other condos, so that we had comparisons. When we needed to see the desired unit several times, Lee was very willing to make the arragements.
